About Us
Bob Slobodnik has been in the excavating and concrete business since 1986. He has been a licensed contractor since 1996. During that time, Bob has built a reputation of quality workmanship.

All RDS Excavating & Concrete employees are required to complete 40 hours of OSHA training along with first aid and CPR. They also participate in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation random drug testing program. They maintain a strict health and safety program to ensure the safety of all employees and their customers.

RDS Excavating & Concrete ensure that all regulations are followed on each job from start to finish. They participate in the PA1Call system before any project is started. They are also members of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce.
